desahav.com respects copyright. This policy lists information an owner or authorized representative should prepare if a genuine notice method is separately identified.
Notice information
A notice should identify the protected work, give the exact URL of allegedly infringing material, and provide reliable contact details. It should state a good-faith belief that use is unauthorized, confirm accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury where applicable, and include a physical or electronic signature.
Review
A notice received through a real identified channel may be assessed for completeness, authority and whether material can be located. A supported notice may lead to proportionate restriction, but no outcome is guaranteed. The Copyright option in Report Content can structure facts locally.
Counter-notice
An affected party may prepare a counter-notice identifying the material and former location, explaining under penalty of perjury why action resulted from mistake or misidentification, and supplying contact details, any legally required consent to jurisdiction and service, and a signature. A compliant counter-notice may be shared with the claimant.
Repeat infringement and accuracy
Where appropriate and technically feasible, access related to repeated valid infringement may be restricted. Material misrepresentation can create liability. Other categories belong in Report Content; general procedure questions can be drafted in Contact Us.
